New air to these lungs
Waking upon day dream sighs
Frosty prickled nails
Scratching against the grain
And all the way through strife
Conquered emotions resting at ease
Riddled meek sublime
Problematic assumptions foiled
And for the time being
So is my demise
Seeing a carbon copied society
Mirroring each others lines
Male species with skin lusting greed
Making me laugh
Till I cry
Seeing fake character
So graced and pathetically revered
Words being emotively wrongly expressed
Only to be disguised
As many voices
So sweet and sincere
Once these thoughts of mine roamed everywhere
Sickened by pauper egomaniacal blurs
Sadness, Anger and emptiness
Creating no action
Making me hide
Into the shadows of an imaginary world
Cannot be negative or shy anymore
Thinking of love’s savory grasp
Writing my heart out
So any sorrow ahead
Goes into the archives of a forgetting past
The future I must behold
Striving for major change
Full of peaceful fight
As I mark the beginning
Of a new era of my own self reassurance
With love I take flight
To rewrite the history of me
Into a nexus of serenity
Where happiness makes me believe
Going to fall in love someday
Nothing shall stop me again
Negativity get out of my way
It is time for me to shine
