On love’s edge I plead
If not grace me
Numb my whole body
Take away these feelings
Just vanquish all agony
All the while this heart slowly beats
No one can understand
This pain that preys
Mental thresholds enduring
In this whole existence
Where tears become ghosts
Haunting inside my mind’s subliminal design
Never good enough
Unqualified for touch
Secure feelings
All just a distant mirage
Flying on wings of an albatross
That wraps around this very neck
As loneliness spreads it’s misery
Confusion, What is next?
Been awhile
Cannot understand
Why such strong passion
For something that ceases to exist?
Oh, On love’s edge I plea
Look within me
Cure these alienated scars
Please, Save me
Love, Please
Make me feel complete
